The Result: I set up the RIP101 affiliate marketing program from scratch. Additionally, I was instrumental in selecting the appropriate affiliate network which was Webgains. Once live, I was responsible for recruiting new affiliates. Furthermore, regular communication to the affiliate-base with with latest updates and offers was a key strategy. In addition to this I formed strong working relationships with specific high performing affiliates and created bespoke campaigns. The affiliates we worked with were varied. They ranged from cash-back sites, to voucher affiliates to bloggers and content creators.
