Hearing Therapy Services Guernsey Website Design
The Brief: Design and deploy the Hearing Therapy Services Guernsey website on a CMS platform.
The Client: Nikki Stephens is a qualified Hearing Therapist who set up Hearing Therapy Services in Guernsey in 2012. Prior to that, her clinical practice was at hospitals in London, Kent and Cornwall. Nikki has worked as an Aural Rehabilitationist at the South of England Cochlear Implant Centre based at the University of Southampton. She has experience of working with people with a wide range of hearing loss from mild to profound.
The Project: Web Design Guernsey recently redesigned & launched the Hearing Therapy Services Guernsey website. As a result, the new site displays information about the Nikki, services she provides as well as contact details.
I am delighted with the website that Matt designed and built for me. Matt took on board everything I wanted the site to achieve and guided me through the process of preparing the content with enormous patience. CONTENT MANAGEMENT
The Result: The clean website design is enhanced with simple photographic imagery that compliments the copy. Additionally, the dark text is easy to read against the white background; legibility was a main consideration in the design of the site. Nikki wanted to be able to update her website frequently with news of events and useful information. With her having no experience of updating website content, I utilised a Content Management System which meant that she is able to simply login to the site and update text, links and images whenever it’s necessary, as well as creating additional pages and menu items. Finally, any additional, new pages or content will automatically follow the website design template that I created.
